With activewear there are two different sizing options. We will send out the correct 'fit size', depending on stock availability.

For example, if you order a size medium, we will either send out a UK Medium or an Asia Large, both of which fit as a size medium.

UK DELIVERY

All orders with Forever Sourcing are sent out with a tracked and signed for service, usually Royal Mail or DPD. Please allow 7 working days before contacting us about your order.

Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We are not responsible if you request a delivery change, such as requesting your parcel to be delivered to a neighbour. Please contact the courier that was used if you are experiecning an issue regarding this.

EU & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International buyers may receive a customs charge. Forever Sourcing is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost. For further information prior to purchase, please contact us. 

Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as "returned goods - of no commercial value". This is to prevent them being held at customs. Forever Sourcing will not be responsible for any charges if this is done incorrectly.

All eligible items ordered are able to be returned for an exchange or store credit 14 days from the day of arrival. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. We do kindly ask for the item to be sent back with a tracked and signed service to avoid any potential lost items.

To qualify for an exchange the item must be returned to us unworn with the original tags still attached.

Electronic items and watches cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale. All sourcing requests cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale.
