Return Policy


All items ordered via our online are eligible store are eligible for an exchange 14 days from the day of arrival.

All items purchased at our physical store location are eligible for an exchange 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unworn, tags attached and in its brand new condition.

Outlet items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are sold as faulty goods. Electronic items and watches cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale.

Please ship your exchange back to us using an outer cardboard box, to ensure protection of the shoes and the shoe box, failure to do so could lead to damage meaning we would not be able to accept the return.

The item must be shipped back to our store and once received we will issue a gift card with the relevant store credit. Please note that all packages are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them in our store. We recommend you ship your item back with a tracked and insured service.


To start a return simply email us on with your order number and someone will guide you through the next steps.

Please purchase a postage label using a tracked and signed for delivery service and send to the address below. We recommend using Royal Mail / DPD / UPS / DHL. Please refrain from using Evri to send your return where possible.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

A 8% cancellation fee is processed on all orders due to our payment merchants policies.

Due to how quickly we aim to dispatch orders, if this item has been fulfilled or it is past the 1 hour time scale, this order cannot be cancelled and the exchange policy applies.
