Shipping Policy

Please be aware that if we are unable to source in your product within the 1-7 day time frame, we will issue a refund as soon as possible.

ALL ORDERS

All orders with Forever Sourcing are processed within a 1-7 day time frame. All orders are sent out with an express service that is fully tracked using either Royal/DHL/UPS/DPD.

Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure at the point of checkout that your shipping address is correct. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to invalid addresses.

We are not responsible if you request a delivery change, such as requesting your parcel to be delivered to a neighbour. Please contact the courier that was used if you are experiecning an issue regarding this.

UK ORDERS

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us about your order!

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is normally between 1-3 days.

Please be aware USUALLY items will arrive quicker than the estimates given above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / EU ORDERS

International buyers may receive a customs charge. Forever Sourcing is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost. For further information prior to purchase, please contact us. 

Delivery time normally takes between 4-20 days.

Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as "returned goods - of no commercial value". This is to prevent them being held at customs. Forever Sourcing will not be responsible for any charges if this is done incorrectly.
